Q: Checks
Who do I make the check out to and where do I send it?
A:
The check should be made out to WFS Properties, LLC and sent to 248 E Gates St., Columbus, OH 43206.
Q: Security Deposit
How much is the security deposit?
A:
We hold a $100.00 (refundable) security deposit on credit card. Reservations paid by credit card are secured by the credit card, so no additional deposit is required. The security deposit is refunded once the inspection of the property shows no damages have occurred.

Do you accept credit cards?
A:
Yes. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Q: Deposit
Do I need to put down a deposit?
A:
Yes. We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your final remaining balance for your visit.

What areas can we explore around the cabin?
A:
The cabin sits on 3 wooded acres, with limited trails. Visitors can explore the property and the two lakes located nearby. A gravel drive leads to both lakes.
Q: Capacity
How many people does the cabin accomodate?
A:
The cabin has three bedrooms. The large bedrooms each have a queen bed. The smaller bedroom has bunk-beds. The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a bed. The cabin can comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 children.
Q: Check-in/Check-out
What time can we check-in and check-out?
A:
You may check-in at 3:00 the day of your reservation and the check-out time is 12:00. If you have a time conflict, please contact us and we can make special arrangements.
Q: Pets
Are pets welcome?
A:
Yes. We allow up to two well trained dogs per reservation. Pets are allowed in the main living area and the porches. They are not permitted upstairs, as that area is carpeted. A gate is provided to prevent the pets from going upstairs. An additional security deposit may be required.
Q: Entertainment
Is there a TV?
A:
Yes. There is a television and DVD player in the living room. We do not offer satellite TV, so please remember to bring your own movies.
Q: Kitchen
Are cooking utensils provided?
A:
Yes. We have a fully equiped kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and dinnerware.
Q: Fireplace
Does the cabin have a fireplace?
A:
Yes. The cabin has an electric fireplace that can be controlled via remote.
Q: Hot Tub
How many people does the Hot Tub hold?
A:
Our Hot tub can fit 5-6 people at once.
Q: What to Bring
What should we bring for our visit?
A:
The cabin is well furnished; however, you will need to bring towels and food for your stay.
